We’re working in partnership to find them an efficient problem solver to fulfill the role of ‘Business Administrator’.

These precisely crafted supplements are offered to a wide selection of clientele’, both in-store and online to offer solutions for everyday health.

 

The Client:

Our clients’ expert formulas were originally created over 40 years ago to supplement vital minerals.

Their beautifully packaged range is manufactured in the UK to the very best standards, using only the highest quality sources of vitamins and minerals.
 

Role Overview:

The role will see that you provide excellent administrative support to various business functional areas such as commercial, supply chain, and finance.

The role will focus on key responsibility areas combined with a mindset of continuously improving efficiency and process, within all functional areas.

Furthermore, duties include general office administration, answering telephone calls in a polite manner, and re-directing as necessary.
 

Main Objectives and Tasks -

Maintaining the export Supply Chain Forecast:

With a high level of Stakeholder involvement, acquisition, and interpretation of customer forecasts, the successful candidate will be able to expertly maintain the rolling Supply Chain Forecast.

You’ll be savvy with all things Excel! You’ll also be a confident communicator and have experience in liaising between departments.

For this role specifically, your responsibility will be to liaise with the Supply Chain Department and Commercial Team regarding deviations from the Forecast, and how to improve forecast accuracy vs orders.

 

Customer support:

Customer support is an up-most priority - the successful candidate will be a confident communicator over the phone, as well as a literate emailer.

The role will also take you to meetings, where appropriate.

Supporting the Business Development Manager and Business Development Executive, you’ll carry out the day-to-day commercial activity for large European clients, being the primary contact for supply chain, orders, and forecasts.

 

Supporting the UK and Expert Commercial Team:

Assisting and creating spreadsheets, the successful candidate will be efficient in providing reports for the commercial team. This includes sales trends, graphical interpretation, and Year to Date comparisons, where required.

Being able to work both independently and alongside peers, is both crucial to success in this fast-paced role.

 

Competencies

  • A high level of computer literacy and numeracy is essential.
  • Intermediate/ Advanced Excel.
  • Intermediate Word, PowerPoint
