Job Role: Client Retention Executive | Location: Kingston Upon Hull + Remote Work | Salary: £25,000

 

Reach Resourcing is thrilled to be helping a reputable and well-established client, recruit for a highly analytical individual to join their expanding team!

This position is for a ‘Client Retention Executive’ – therefore, previous experience working in a B2B administrative environment, or client-facing role is essential.

This role is hybrid - office-based and work from home.

Today, they are a truly unique research, consulting, and events business, with an unparalleled insight into the world’s largest industries.

Our client also has an extensive set of proprietary data, analytics and insights on multiple industries. These include Healthcare, Technology, Power, Consumer Products, Construction and Financial Services, to name but a few.

All this immense data helps their clients de-code the future.

 

The Role:

The successful candidate will be working with a wide range of global clients in a B2B environment.

You will need to be proactive, with a high level of attention to detail and a determination to get stuck on the front line of a new project.

This will aim to revolutionise the way our client communicates with their own existing clients, ultimately ensuring they are retained.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Keeping and maintaining administrative records.
  • Sending communications/proposals.
  • Supporting communications/ proposals
  • Liaising with Relationship Managers to support renewal rates.
  • Working closely with the Sales Order Processing team to review invoicing/ payments.

 

Qualifications/ Pre-Requisites

  • Educated at an A-Level or equivalent standard.
  • Minimum of C grade in GCSE English.
  • A background in customer-facing roles would be advantageous (Sales, recruitment, customer service, etc).
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
