Reach Resourcing are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors for a client in the centre of Hull.
Reach Resourcing are currently recruiting experienced Customer Service Advisors to work with a key client on a permanent basis.
To be successful candidates must be highly motivated, quality conscious, hardworking and reliable (time and attendance is a MUST)
Ideal Candidates will have:
· Previous online, inbound or outbound customer service experience
· Good interpersonal skills
· Good communications skills
· Ability to adapt in difficult suituations
· Able to work in a fast-pace environment
· Able to work in a team
· Good attitude to work
· Willing to undertake additional duties if required
Working hours are over 7 days and working hours will be between 8am and 9pm so full flexibility is required.
This company do offer flexible working options and would consider part-time hours of 24+.
Salary on offer is £18,000+ with bonuses on top and good incentives.
