About the client:

Our client is one of the UK's leading online bathroom retailers, supplying quality bathrooms to consumers and trade customers alike. Founded in 2001, our client has since grown to become one of the UK's most successful pureplay retailers.
 

Following the successful growth of their Design and Installation Service, our client is now looking for an enthusiastic Installation Sales Advisor to join their friendly team.


A glimpse into the role:

This is a home-based role where flexibility is required to carry our duties to the very best ability.
 

As an Installation Sales & Design Consultant you will build strong relationships to ascertain the customer requirements and then, convert them into inspirational designs and sales.
 

The successful candidate’s role will be to deliver excellent customer service by resolving customer queries within all agreed SLA's.

 

Other role responsibilities include:
 

  • Build quality relationships, ensuring our client is their go to brand for product and installations
  • Prepare product and installation estimates in line with customer requirements
  • Present accurately priced designs in a professional manner and ensuring enquiries are turned into sales
  • Completing quality briefs with potential customers
  • Follow up on customer enquiries that have yet to convert to a sale
  • Ensure smooth handover to the Project Coordinator
  • Achieve all relevant sales KPI’s and customer service levels
  • Follow and implement all procedures, legislative and regulatory rules 

 

Qualifications & Experience:
Mandatory

 

  • Previous home improvement experience
  • Track record of delivering high levels of achievement
  • GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent
  • Strong customer service ethic with a passion for continuously improving the levels of service provided 

 

Desirable
 

  • Experience of managing and nurturing relationships with potential customers
  • Track record of delivering high levels of achievement
  • Experience of Bathroom design and installation sales
  • Experience of working alone and managing own diary
  • Knowledge of Bathroom design and Installation sales

 

 

Skills & Knowledge:

Mandatory

 

  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a willingness to take ownership and accountability of work.
  • Resilience & patience to deal with difficult situations.
  • The ability to work from home successfully whilst being part of a wider team

 

 

Desirable
 

  • Good business acumen and commercial awareness with knowledge of the retail sector
  • Support changes for growth and development.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

This UK-based remote role will involve working Monday - Friday with an early finish every Friday.
