About our client:

MS3 is an alternative fibre provider, building a fibre network in Hull and other locations in the North of England which will be used by Internet Service Providers to provide high speed internet services to consumers and businesses.

They deliver a range of connectivity solutions to businesses across the city, including fibre-to-the-premise broadband, leased lines, and point to point circuits

Following major investment this is an exciting time in the company's evolution! With huge growth plans in place over the next 18 months, the successful candidate will be joining the team at an integral time, as they pave the way for success over the following months, and years.

A glimpse into the role:

Reach Resourcing is proud to be recruiting in partnership with our client, MS3, to search for a results-driven and vibrant Marketing Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the development and driving the implementation of the marketing plan across all aspects of the business.

The role will be focused on a broad spectrum of areas across marketing: including Digital, Campaigns, Trade & Client Marketing, Insights and PR. You will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director and have a Marketing Assistant to support day to day activities.

What will you be doing?

  • Create, lead, and execute consumer and business marketing activities across multiple channels to increase awareness for MS3 and its wholesale partners.
  • Work alongside wholesale partners and their marketing teams to support sales activities and promotions.
  • Understand consumer and business trends, identifying new opportunities for the future with a strong digital and content creation emphases.
  • Build and nurture agency relationships creating a collaborative open culture
  • Continually assess marketing activation effectiveness ensuring clear KPIs and identifying areas of future improvement
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively both allocating and controlling spend.

  • Extensive experience of working as a Marketing Manager/ Marketing Assistant in a commercial business
  • Outstanding communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
  • Expert on Digital Marketing methods and have a strong understanding of social media development strategies.
  • Ability to analyse, monitor, and share trends in the market.
  • Self-starter with a focus on delivering high impact results.
  • Proven track record of achievement in a marketing capacity.
  • Driving license to attend site visits
