Due to continued business growth, we are delighted to now be recruiting for a friendly, passionate, and driven Account Manager to join our thriving business! This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take their next steps in their career and become an integral part of the team.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Recruitment Director to manage and service one of our largest client accounts. 

The purpose of the Account Manager role is to source and select the best talent in line with the client requirements, ensuring that the business achieves the agreed targets in line with our signed SLA.

Key Responsibilities for the role are as follows:

  • Writing and placing adverts for required job roles via the relevant CRM system, job boards and social media
  • Sourcing and selecting of suitable candidates via the relevant CRM system, job boards and social media
  • Interviewing suitable candidates in person, ensuring compliance process is complete prior to submitting to the client
  • Daily communication with the client with regards to open opportunities, outstanding opportunities alongside new starters and leavers of the business
  • Regular site visits, ensuring new starter inductions and check-ins are complete
  • Daily communication with hiring managers and candidates
  • Bi-weekly on-call phone rota confirming attendance or absence, hours worked during the week, and dealing with any relevant pay queries


Further duties for the role are as follows:

  • Be customer-facing, representing Reach Resourcing as a brand ambassador onsite
  • Develop knowledge of client products, services, and capabilities to further understand the client requirements to your best ability
  • Provide excellent customer service to both the client and candidates daily
  • Flexible in working hours aligned with the on-call phone
