Job title: Sales Agent | Location: Hull

Salary: £19,000 base salary, with on-target earnings of £30,000 + (!)

Positions available: Permanent, Full-Time and Part-Time (Monday-Friday)
 

Reach Resourcing is overjoyed to be working exclusively with Promis Life, a specialist life insurance distributor, for the position of ‘Sales Agent’!

This is a permanent position based in Hull, with the possibility for some remote and hybrid work.

What you will be doing

  • Promoting the Promis Life brand and selling the product range to customers over the telephone
  • Delivering an efficient and professional sales process for the customer
  • Achieving daily and weekly sales targets
  • Achieving positive customer outcomes as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority
  • Using systems such as, Salesforce/CRM, Microsoft Excel and dialler platforms

 

Skills that will help you in the role

  • Previous experience in telephone or face-to-face sales
  • Being great at conversations
  • Confident handling numbers
  • Understanding buying signals and managing objections
  • A professional, positive and proactive approach to your work
  • Motivated to deliver a great customer experience
